Greetings FTH Gurus (-:

I need your help please.
As the President of Deerwood Toastmasters Club #902585, I use our club’s group adresses thru FTH often. I recently noticed that my emails were not getting out so I went into our site admin and found that my address l.deshauteurs@comcast.net had been removed (message below). I also read the message asking me to visit the FTH support site, which I did so that I could find some answers.

Well it seems all roads lead to you to reset some count to zero. Please help me by doing so but also, can you please let me know what I did wrong so I don’t do it again.
