E-mail bounced too many times and bounce limit needs to be reset

Hi there,
I am having the same issue. Can my bounce limit be reset? My email address is khow@visa.com. Yesterday, I noticed that my email address was somehow dropped from the club distribution list (members-7994@toastmastersclubs.org). I have since added myself but I need my Bounce Count reset. What was the root cause? Thank you much!

The Bounce Count for Email Address [khow@visa.com] has been reset to zero.
