E-mail bounced too many times and bounce limit needs to be reset

Good morning.

One of our members was removed from the database to prevent further bounces. She has cleared her email box in an effort to prevent further bounces. Can you reset the bounce limit for Rita Ware, DTM? Her email address is rware97@hotmail.com

Please do not post on anothers post. Their problem is not your problem and visa versa.
all bounces were cleared yeasterday.
