Creating a dues followup and 'Save as Email Template', page goes Black

When creating a dues followup email and trying to 'Save as Email Template', the whole webpage goes Black with diagonal stripes. After reloading, and trying to 'Load Template', get message "No templates found"

I am not able to reproduce this issue. I was able to create an email template in the dues follow up without any issue.

What exactly did you click on the follow up tab to load the compose email pop-up?
