How to get a new site

I have submitted the form on www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome multiple times now. The last time was on February 13th. Our public email is correct for our club and no correspondence has been sent there regarding the site. I requested a new site with the club # 7114193 and 7114193.toastmastersclubs.org just takes me back to the welcome page. I used my personal email for the request like the page suggested instead of institutional/company email. Can anyone confirm if the approval email was sent to our club's email?

approval email went to a mailchimp.com email address... That is the TI contact address, so that is used for the approval email.
