We have a long term member who used to be able to receive FTH website emails no longer able to receive them. No bounce back message is received by the administrator. Member is attempting to reset his access password. I deleted him and re entered him as a member. He does not receive the opt in email and cannot move ahead. What can we do

1) it looks like some deleted and readded Ron. NEVER delete a member when you delete a member all theirhistorical information is lost.
2) since Ron has been added to the website again he will need to click on the accept link that was sent to him when he was just readded.

Thank you. Is there any way of re-aquiring the historical data that was lost?

***** Ron does not receive the opt in email so he cannot click the link to accept. That is the problem - he is not receiving any emails from FTH.. he uses Yahoo.com email and has checked that it isnt blocked etc. Please help us get him the emails. Thanks

Please read the documentation on this site, you could have used the Undelete People tool in member management.
You really need to read before taking action, you added Ron twice and deleted him.

I recovered Ron's record and his vp status
I sent him an email and it was received by yahoo
Ron needs to add agenda@toastmastersclubs.org and server@toastmastersclubs.org to his yahoo safe list/contacts

We have followed all your instructions, including adding the email addresses to the contacts/safe sender lists.

Ron is still not receiving the emails from @toastmastersclubs.org. Is it possible that he has tried too many times and is locked out? I/we have literally tried everything you have suggested and that we can think of.
His reply to me was ...

"I go to the DS website, follow the instructions to login.

It tells me I will receive an email....and nothing ever arrives."
