Cant reset fogotten password 2

I forgot my admin password and selected "forgot your password"
Received a link in my email and it brought up our web site

Read the email and followed instructions explicitly

However when I enter password in Admin page and hit save, then go to log into site again, it gives an error message that either club number or password are incorrect.

Make sure you don't have Caps Lock or NumLock on
Is your browser auto filling the password? It might be remembering your old password or your member password for the site
Try closing your browser and logging in again

THe password has been working properly for the last 9 months since I set the website up. I have closed web browsers and actually closed my laptop down a number of times., still unable to log in. Am also unable to log on from a completely different machine for the 1st time ever......same error message
Same issue whether I use Edge, Chrome or Firefox

Strange - and I presume you've used the eye icon to check your password.
Could you have saved the password with a space at the start or end? Unlikely, as you have to enter it twice, but maybe try setting a different password to be sure.

Pam...have tried setting a new password and followed the instructions explicitly.... even got my wife to watch every step. Have tried setting a new password to no avail.....very frustrating. Have attached screenshots of the error messages and these happen on whatever machine I use and whatever browser I use

5th time I have tried...changed password to an old password and that worked...... the password it accepted was a admin password for a club that I no longer belong to and that does not work on the previous club.
I have been able to get in now and amend the admin password to a new password.
