Member unable to receive Opt-in email and therefore unable to be added to curren

I have a new member who is not receiving his email to opt into the website, I have read the comments below, I have deleted him as a prospective member but then re added him with a different email address. This still did not allow him to join. I am presidentclub309

What is the new members first name at least? You have 3 new members am i supposed to guess which one?
