Session times out when resetting password

Copy and paste the text not the link into your browser

Now neither option is working: I can't click on the key, or copy paste it. It just brings up the website, but doesn't give me temporary administrator access.

We have been having some relatively recent issues w/ password resets--a comprehensive solution has been a bit elusive. If you are still having problems with this and would be willing to contribute an hour or two of your time to work with me to sort this out, then drop me a PM.
