Password Reset Error

Hello: one of my members is unable to reset her password and we are unable to resolve. She clicked the link. Can you assist? Sorry, I should have included more info (which I've also added to the profile). Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much, Gemma Rieser (Lakeside Speakeasy #2967).

1) When submitting an error for a specific member how about at least a first name?

2) She clicked what link, where, and what was the error?

3) The pdf show a corrupted cookies, have her clear her browser cache and cookies for your club website.

Brian, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry. Honestly, just feeling a little scattered. The member in question is Nilofeur Samuel. I'll circle back to her and see if clearing her cache and cookies does the job. If not, I'll have her try again and be more specific in my explanation when I circle back. Thanks again. Gemma
