Remove links on homepage

How do I remove these default on my members only tab? I looked in website pages and it is not listed. It seems to default there. I manage the toastmasters page for hca creative articulators our page is - hcacreativearticulators.toastmastersclubs.org/

I attached the screenshot of the problem I am having

You cannot remove those they are part of the template.
Those links are to the documentation on how to use the FTH website and only logged in members have access to them.
