That helps, but when I put websitewelcome.com inot a web browser here is what I received.

I just want to know how to remove the block from this list? And how does this affect freetoasthost?

it affects your member, he cannot receive email from FTH using the email address tim@franklindistribution.com

Who ever runs the website and email for franklindistribution.com will need to contact websitewelcome.com and ask them why they are stopping email to the email address tim@franklindistribution.com

Again thanks for the help, this will get me started, I am the one who set up the franklindistribution.com website, but that was over 10 years ago. Looks like I have some homework to do.
