Member of 2 clubs email address has been blocked by freetoasthost

One of my club officers has received the following message.

Emails sent to the primary email address [ tim@franklindistribution.com ] for Member Timothy J. Bolger, ATMS have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.

Repeatedly attempting to send emails to invalid, non-working email addresses hurts the overall email reputation of the FreeToastHost system and will not be tolerated.

Please ensure that valid, functioning email addresses are in use to prevent further actions of this nature in the future."

Can this email be deleted from your "blacklist", I have been experiencing this problem for at least 3 months. The reason so many emails are sent to my member ship in those two clubs are for things like notifying the club members that video of the meeting has been posted and other types of notices.

My questions are:

1. Why was a valid email address blocked in the first place.
2. Can this email be "unblocked."

Your members email host is blocking email from FTH, he needs to address this with his email host.

Can you be more specific as to what the remedy is please?

He needs to contact his email host and ask them why they are stopping email from toastmastersclubs.org

So it is not freetoasthost that is blocking this email but my email provider? Now another dumb question, how do I contact my email provider to do this? "Get unblocked" I know your trying to answer me, but this is the first time this is happening.
