Keep being removed as a member

Hi,
I keep on getting deleted at a member of my club.
If I login as Admin below is the message I see. I did not send this request and I am a member. Soon to be the president for the next toastmaster year. I need your help to figure out why this is happening.

2104 and has requested that the system move them to Former Member status.

Stop doing that and you won't receive the messages anymore.

Also be aware that if you forward any emails that contain this link to someone that is no longer a member and they click the link, then that would also remove you. This is a design limitation of the implementation. If this is causing a problem for you, then disable the feature in the Email and Contact Forms module.
