Member Unable to Create Password

I noticed a closed post about members having trouble setting up their accounts. I have a user on a site for Asian-American Entrepreneurs (#7657862) that has attempted to create her password multiple times (1 request per try done at different times) but keeps getting an invalid Session ID when she clicks the link, she is using a yahoo email address. From an admin side, I only see 1 email stating that she has requested the password reset.

Have her request a new link but copy the text for the link and paste in browser.
