I am the incoming director for D119.

Trying to figure out how to create a website, that would ultimately be a fully-designed site (ex: Wordpress).

Do I start here and then build outside of the system.

1) We are FreeToastHost, we have nothing to with wordpress

2) All Toastmasters Clubs and Districts can request a FTH website. The sample district site is located here.
