7121 - 20/20 Visionaries - Need to update Administrator

Club 7121 at 7121.toastmastersclubs.org/ .
1. Who may become Administrator?
2. Can you make Lesley administrator if she is not? (her email the email address for our club at TI) t She has no idea what the password would be. You can see how long it's been since anyone's used it. I had Gary log on, but don't think he is an administrator. Ed C. set this up & did not continue with the club.

Anyone can be made administrator of a FTH site; they don't need to be a club member. (This is because some people may be admins of several sites and not necessarily members of every club.)

Currently Lesley is administrator. If she hasn't changed her email address since the site was set up, she can use the "Did you forget your password" option at the admin login.

To clarify: the admin email ends in .gov It's not the gmail address.

Lesley is retired and cannot access the .gov emails. The club 7121 email address at TI is Lesley's own email and she should be able to receive an email there. Can you send the "forgot your password" email to the club's email address? I will advise her to look for it.

I can't change the "forgot password" link, and for security reasons I don't like to make any other changes, unless I personally know the people involved.

I think the best approach is do an admin change request, entering the same name but the other email address.
The form is at www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

That sends a request for verification to three email addresses, and it tells you which ones they are before it does so. If just one of those addresses is active, then once that person has done the verification, the new admin email will work.

One of the email addresses is correct, however my email address is not correct when I attempt to request the update Administrator. It has my old .gov email and I changed that on TI about a month ago. But I will put that request to update Admin in and cross my fingers. Thanks.
