Having issues with one member not being able to set passowrd

Hello one member cannot get into out website, when she tries to save her password it is grayed out.

1) without your club number we can do nothing for you.
2) when wanting help with a member we need at least a first name.

Sorry this is my first time trying to use a Public forum for help, I usually prefer to talk to a live person.
My Club is Weekend Wordmasters, 3599501 and members name is Lathisha.

I have sent Lathisha a new email. Have her copy and past the text of the link into her browser and is should work.
Please let us know if there is still an issue.

It is still not working. I then tried to delete her and add her back with a another email. That didnt work either. Could you please work with Lathisha directly? thank you

The member would have to join this forum and submit an issue.

Have them try and clear cookies and request a new link then.
