I tried using the resend email for a Club Officer who never opted in last six months. I had tried to resend. He will do it this time but now it is deleted. Can I get it reopened? to send? Vihar Bhakta.

You need to add the member to the site first.
Then they will receive the opt-in email, and need to approve their addition.
Then you can make them an officer.
