Unable to obtain password reset

I am a member of West Cobb Club#3361344,website is:3361344.toastmastersclub.org. I requested my password reset as a member, but I did not receive an email response that would allow me to reset my password.
I reset my password for support and I received a code to reset that password.
Can someone help me with resetting my member password to the club's website?

Most of the members on your club website don't have email addresses set up.
There is a Mary who has no email address. If that is you, your site admin will need to enter your address. Once that is done you will be able to reset your password.
