Hello, for club 3954, domain Princetontoastmasters.org.... some reason we don't have the VP Education official email listed... so when I tried sending email to vpe@princetontoastmasters.org... it is bouncing, it says it doesn't exist.

How can I add / activate... thanks

Your VPED has turned it off by putting a tick in
"Do NOT create a club officer email address for me"
in their profile
