Make "Your Telephone" Mandatory in Contact Us Form?

Hello all, after a number of years,
It appears making "Your telephone" a required field in the form is not Admin configurable - is this correct?
Our President has asked as we now have Zoom meetings and we need to contact potential guests before the meeting.
*Edit* Our website was developed on FTH 2.0, shortly after this forum became active, I believe.
