Admin Login and Security Rules

Based on my observation of our club website action at the admin level, it appears that only one admin login is allowed at a time, correct? If not, is there guidance of how to have multiple admins. If just one admin is allowed by the webware, is there security guidance on whether or not the admin can or should share the access via password or other means? Thank you.

Correct FTH is setup for one site admin.

The site admin has the possibility of delegating and assigning different parts of the website to different officers.
