Cannot log in as admin

Hi I am attempting to update the club web site.
I was given the admin access, but I cannot log in, even after resetting password.
Club number and password is correct, but it just does not take it.

1) without club number there is nothing we can do for you.

2) the image you uploaded is too small to see anything.

for 1, club number is 46

I am the admin for this club, Yuko inoue

Password has been reset and notification sent to XXXXXXXXXXX@prudential.com
