Cannot login, cannot reset password

In attempting to finish my club site set up, it does not allow me to login as the admin. I attempted to reset the password and receive the email to reset, but continue to get an error (Club number or password is incorrect). Club 8628

I also need to update my email address as the admin.

Please remove your cookies for toastmastersclubs.org and do the forgot password again.

Unfortunately, I still cannot get in as the admin. After I receive the email (again) I click on the link, go to the admin console as instructed, put in password and confirm password, I receive the error:
You have errors in your form below. Please scroll down and correct the following:
You are no longer logged in. Please log in again.
This continues over and over without resolve. Cookies are disabled.
