Can not delete image in edtior image browser, and another quirk

I'm In www.wethespeakers.org/index.cgi?action=b...cNum=136&langCode=en for club #9376. At the bottom of the selection of club-loaded image files there's the fireworks animated GIF I added a short time ago. When I click on the delete link, www.wethespeakers.org/index.cgi?action=d...&CKEditorFuncNum=136 , the image disappears, but when the window is refreshed it is back.
A few minutes later, back in the image browser for my club's photo gallery page, the file went away correctly. Now, a new problem: an uploaded .jpg file 480W x 640H is being displayed, both in the photo browser and when rendered on the photo gallery page at www.wethespeakers.org/imagegal.html#NMICJul2018 , rotated 90 degrees clockwise.

I deleted the image from your home page and your image library no issues.

Images that do not have the correct rotation information like from Iphones need to be rotated using the image tool in the editor.
