Automatic Agenda reminder emails

The VPE of our Club would like to know if it is possible to set up a day and time for automatic agenda (sign-up) reminders to be emailed out to all the Club members without having to go into the Club website each time he wants to send out these reminders?

No we do not support any automated email functions, as over time they get marked as spam.
