Software Error Free Toasthost

Hello,

My club's Free ToastHost website appears to be down and displays a software error on the screen. From what I have heard, some other members in my club also cannot access the site. This message has been up for a few hours today and the last time I checked (5:10 pm on July 28th), the website was still down. As well, the support email I am supposed to contact also does not work. Could you please check and see if you could repair it?

The specific software error displayed is "Timezone 'Canada/East-Saskatchewan' could not be loaded or is an invalid name." I am using google chrome and cookies are not enabled (though that was never an issue before).
