Unable to reset password

I am trying to reset my password on the toastmastersclub.org website. When clicking the password link from the email, I get an error message. I have tried clearing the cookies and cache history, but still get the error. I tried on both Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Another member tried and they also received the software error.
Also, to just join as an administrator, I get the same software error and was unable to access the administrator side.
