How to authorize an e-mail sender

Hello,

One of our club officers reached out with this issue today: "I went to send out the Sept/Oct survey today and had issues because the email I’m sending it from isn’t an authorized sender on our toastmasters member group. Can you add this gmail address (sparksfamily.mathnasium@gmail.com) to the DL?"

I contacted support via the Toastmasters website, and they re-directed me here to all of you. Please let me know how to get an e-mail authorized to our member group.

Best,

Hannah

If that is your physical email, you need to be added to the website. It is hard for us to assist you without knowing more information about what club you are with.

Example: club number and name

The email has to be sent from one of the addresses on the sender's profile - up to 2 email addresses allowed.
If the survey is going to non-members, the sender must be registered as an officer on the club website
