Club Member Can't Log Into View Agendas

I'm technically challenged and I have a club member who can't log in to view agendas. They are long-time members, but have recently been getting a message about being added by the website administrator. I AM the website administrator and they are added to the website, so I'm not sure where the disconnect is. Any advice?

1) We always require your club number

2) when talking about a members issue we need at least a first name

I was able to log in as Ann at your website, no issues.
Make sure she is going to the correct site
