Forgot password, unable to reset, no "launch admin console" showing

I was able to reset my Member password but unable to reset my Admin password. Attempted twice. Do not get a screen to reset password. No "launch admin console" on page. Cleared cookies and reloaded, still no success.

Did you click the login as Site Admin button and then click the "forgot my Password" link?

If you've come in from the email link, go to the Administrator Info tab (which is on the Admin Console)
