Blocked email address

Hi tech wizards!

I'm receiving the same notification for an email address that is valid and frequently used, as well. It first happened a couple of months ago and I received another notification today.

The email address is an @icloud.com address.

The member receives direct emails, so it shouldn't be an issue with the members address. It's also not a persistent issue. Can you suggest solutions other than another email address?

Please don't jump another thread your problem is not the same as theirs.

Since you have multiple members with icloud email address you will have to give us more information.
