Invalid Club Number or Password

I am the new site admin for club 9085 and I am trying to log in. I have been able to open the site through the link provided. I am unable to log in after changing my password though. I have done the following :
1. Created multiple new passwords (also tried using notepad - copying and pasting)
2. Attempted to log in (see attached screen)
3. Cleared cookies
4. Reloaded the website
5. Repeated steps 1-4 in a variety of orders in both IE and Chrome

Can you please help me figure out where I am going wrong? Thanks!

Without you club number there is nothing we can do for you.

My apologies. I thought I included that. My club # is 9085.

I was able to log in without issues

Passwords must be at least 10 characters in length and contain both letters and numbers, and may also contain any of the following: _~!@#\$&*-+=

Password has been reset and notification sent to deborah.petrelle@prattwhitney.com
