Message not delivered to new member

Hi everyone, we added a new member and when we sent out the newsletter it was not delivered.

We have checked the email address and it works when I send from my own email address.

Error message:
hi@koon.co.nz appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.)

koon.co.nz hosts in a datacenter that often spams FTH and the IP was blocked.
I have removed the block at this time.
