When I try to log in as admin, I type my club number (5768383) and password, and I get the message "Club number or password is incorrect."
I know the club number is correct because it's right in front of me, as the current title of my home page. I've tried it both with and without a leading 0, with the same "incorrect" message. So, I must have forgotten the admin password.
I click the link marked "Did you forget your password?" and I get the message "A login key was sent to the administrator e-mail address on file." And sure enough, I get an email with a link marked "Here is your login key.".
I click the "login key" link in the email, and the site comes up. I click the button marked "Launch Admin Console" as instructed. Then I go to "Administrator Info" and try to change my password, also as instructed. I click Save and get this message:
"You are no longer logged in. Please log in again."
So I go back to "Login as site admin" and try to log in with both my old and new passwords, and get the same message as before, "Club number or password is incorrect." And the cycle is repeated.
Please help me break this vicious cycle so I can get started setting up this FTH site for my club. I can send screen shots of any of these messages if needed. Thanks!
