Removing a web site for a dissolved club

Hello,
I am past secretary for Desert Ridge Toastmasters, Phoenix AZ. Club #609151.
609151.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-1322969.htman .
The club dissolved more than 6 months ago and I really want to take the site down as the President and VP of Membership did not do so and I cannot reach them. Please advise.
Thank you very much

FreeToastHost website for club 609151 DELETED

Did the club submit a dissolution form to Toastmasters? It is still showing as an active club.

Hello Brian. Yes, I did complete the Club Dissolution Form on May 19, 2020. I mailed it the same day to the address on the form, 9127 S. Jamaica St, Ste 400, Englewood, CO 80122.

There is a phone number on the form, 303-799-7753. Shall I call that number to resolve this?

Thank you for your help.

Hello Brian. Can you tell me if my former club's website has been removed from FTH please? Desert Ridge toastmasters, Phoenix, AZ, #609151. Thank you.
Also, do you have any tips how I can get the club's info off of the TI site? I have emailed and called them but they haven't responded to my emails and the phone call to a support person directed me to FTH. Thank you for your help.

Wait until after Sept 30 (actually around Oct 15) and your club should show as suspended if you sent the the dissolution form.

609151 does not have a FTH website.
