Reset email bounce count please

Hi, I am still having problems with bounced mails. I am trying to work out why but hit the magic bounce count number again this evening whilst testing. (darrenwalton@waltoncloud.com)
Something to do with DKIM.
If you could reset me I would be grateful, however I may have to come back for another reset soon.
Thanks,
Darren.

The Bounce Count for Email Address [darrenwalton@waltoncloud.com] has been reset to zero.
He needs to talk to his email processor they are the ones refusing the email.

It's my email address and my email server. FTH and my domains both have valid DKIM DNS records however the bounce suggests the DKIM check is failing (at my end), hence I need to do some more digging.

Hi Brian, I think it might be useful if one of the FTH admins looks at the DKIM DNS record for FTH. I ran a query and it returned the same public key as I was using for my own, and have been for years. I changed mine today since it isn't helpful having the same public key as another domain. I also did some validation tests for emails from the web site and they were not successful for DKIM testing.
