Unable to log in/reset password

Hello
I am unable to log in/reset my password has I keep getting the error message that the session ID attached to my email is invalid. I have tried clicking on the link and also copy and pasting it into my browser. I also had the admin change my email address to another address without success.

My club is St Ives 7892

Try clicking on "reload website from server" at the very bottom of your page.
Then go through the "forgotten password" process again
Close your browser before clicking on the link in your new email
