Duplicate copies of opt-in requests

Hi there,

I'm receiving duplicate copies of the opt-in emails. I've attached a picture of one of the emails received. Your assistance is appreciated.

When did the issue occur: Tuesday, Sept. 8th and ongoing
Operating system I'm using: OS X 10.15.6
Browser: Safari Version 13.1.2

I think you mean the notification emails for opt-ins rather than the opt-in emails themselves.

Check your notification settings in the Membership Management settings. If you qualify for more than one role there, that could explain it. (e.g. admin and VPPR)
