Can't use my email address with domain name

When it did, I then couldn't use my email address. I had to change everything back.
So, if I was to point everything back to FTH, how can I add my email address to the membership management section without it creating the issues I have described above?

You CAN NOT use the domain for FTH website and FTH mail and your private email.

FTH needs full control to run all the mail forwarders and mail lists.
