Can't use my email address with domain name

My email address (j.....@waitarawindbags.com) that I have been using for all my toastmasters stuff has the same domain name as the new FTH website I've set up and moved the domain over, which is now waitarawindbags.com/

Is there a way for FTH to recognise my email address as an email address and not a group email or list or something?

FTH does not provide email addresses, we only provide forwarders.

Have a look at custom groups, make yourself a group of 1 and have a forwarder do another email address.

My email address has been in existance before I switched over to FTH. Now because I want FTH to use my domain, it's not letting me use my email address as FTH thinks it's an FTH address like officers@toastmastersclubs.org. Using my domain, the FTH email is officers@waitarawindbags.com and my personal email address is joanne@waitarawindbags.com

How can I get FTH to let me use my personal email address?

I am not asking for FTH to provide a email address. I already have the email address.
When I add my email address joanne@waitarawindbags.com to the membership management section, it doesn't let me.
I would like to be able to use my email address in the membership management section. Why can't I?

waitarawindbags.com/ does not point to a FTH website so I do not know what you are talking about.
