Weekly agenda email not being send out to all members

Clearing cache and cookies did the trick.  Now I  have another user Rebecca Barth, a long time member, whom we recently reinstated. She shows up as an active member on the Membership management page with two email ids
rebeccarejoices@hotmail.com
rebecca@rebeccabarth.com
Email-check came back OK for both, but she doesn't get emails from the club.  She doesn't remember unsubscribing Toastmasters emails.  Where can I check, what the issue is?

You need to fix your home page, scroll down you will see the bottom of the page is messed up.
You need to fix your colours, you have the text and the tab colours the same.

The system is sending Rebecca her email, have her follow these directions
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email

If she wants mail to go to the other email she needs to select it in her profile
