We require your club number to help.
We require at lease a first name of the member with the issue.

Everything looks ok.
I have sent her a new link

Have her click the reload link at the bottom of the home page and then try the link in her email.

Good afternoon.
The user says they didn’t get a separate email from the administrator, but they tried the reset link at the bottom of the page. It didn’t make any difference. They enter their information, but when they click “Authenticate/Login” the page shivers and then goes back to the attachment snapshot.
Every time they submit their information, it just deletes it.
They don’t think that the problem is their password. They entered the wrong password on purpose, just to see what would happen, and got an “incorrect password” error message (which was a refreshing change of pace, but still unhelpful).

If possible get Jacqui to try logging in from a different browser / device. If that works she will probably be able to use her regular browser again.

If that doesn't work, try disabling cookies on the browser, close the browser, then open and allow cookies again, and try again.
