Hello,

I'm VP PR for Peak Performers 5570 and I'm trying to update our social media accounts and website. However, I don't have a password or access to that email account. Also, when I sent a test email to my personal email address, in the "from" line, it listed "on behalf of Genny Sacco-Bak <server@toastmastersclubs.org>. I suspect that the emails might be in that server account. Can you help me with this? Thank you

What is "that email account"?
What social media accounts are you referring to??
What website are you referring to?
As VPPR you have an email address vppr-nnnnn@toastmastersclubs.org

Many social media platforms are blocked in FTH because clubs found they spammed too much.
