Meeting Agenda as pdf

Hi Support Team,
It is important that we share the meeting agenda with our guests during this pandemic (and perhaps will be helpful to share with guests if our club decides to conduct hybrid meetings). Is it possible to upload/download the meeting agenda as a pdf format? If it can't be downloaded, perhaps there can be a link (for view only) as part of the Calendar menu tab (which is currently linked to Meeting Directions). Perhaps the agenda could be downloaded without role assignments; we would be able to protect members who don't want their information public.

While technically we cannot prevent you from sharing your meeting agenda, we would not recommend that you share it as it has private information (people's names) in it. Additionally, you can always just do a print of the agenda and use any print to PDF tool to produce the PDF. (pretty simple)

Yes, you are correct; we would be revealing private information. I'll pursue your suggestion. As usual, you and your team are always very prompt with your replies; for that, I'm extremely grateful.
