Fail to send email to club members

Previously I was able to send emails to members using members-1289@toastmastersclubs.org; however, yesterday I was not able to. I did not receive any emails that it failed until a member told me that she did not receive the email. When logging into my club's website as ADMIN, I noticed the following messages.
[Tue, 29 Sep 2020 04:28:15 UTC, FreeToastHost System Warning]

Emails sent to the primary email address [ angela.hoho@gmail.com ] for Member Angela Ho, DTM have bounced
too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for bounces.

This automatically generated message is to notify you that this email address ***has been removed*** from the
FreeToastHost database to prevent it from causing further bounces.

This message was also repeated for the email address [ drr.gm.4528@gmail.com ] for Member Dana Ruttkay, CTM. I don't know why this is happening to us as we have not updated our profile with another email address and these email addresses are valid. In any case, I reset my email address again along with Dana's and tried to send an email out to members-1289@toastmastersclubs.org and again members failed to receive it without any error generated.

These are your President and VPMem. they are probably receiving spam from the contact email address and not clicking this is spam at the bottom of the emails. Google has stopped receiving email from FTH because of this. You need to train your officers how to properly mark emails as spam to prevent further spam from reaching them.

I have cleared the bounces.
The Bounce Count for Email Address [drr.gm.4528@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.
The Bounce Count for Email Address [angela.hoho@gmail.com] has been reset to zero.

Brian, thanks for your quick response. I have received and did click on SPAM at the bottom of emails when I received them. I have not received any SPAM emails recently. Could it be something else, and if this occurs again can I do something about it myself?

Just make sure your fellow members do the same clicking the spam links at the bottom of the contact emails that are spam.

You can review the club black list and change the name@domain to @domain to be broader in the filter.

Brian,
I have notified all our club officers as well. I am now able to send emails using our website and to our club distribution list.

Thanks ... Angela
