Customizing Opt-In Email to make it user-friendly

Has any other club experienced this problem? Despite education and heads-up communication, new and prospective members are wary of the generic "opt in" email that is sent to them via our FreeToastHost website platform. I logged in an attempt to customize it, using a template recommended by Toastmasters International (copied directly off the webiste). But it seems there is no way to edit this email or even change the font from unformatted Courier.

We are getting inquiries from new prospective members but loose them because of this.
