Member who prefer not to use the website but we want the name to show up in agen

We have members who prefer not to use the club website and want to limit the use of their email addresses, even though they subscribed to Toastmasters.org already. However, the club as a whole needs to use the FreeToastHost to setup the meeting agenda quickly and have their names selectable for the roles. (at least the first name)

Is there a way to create the name/dummy account without their email or contact information?

Yes if your members insist on not using their email.

However, you should inform them that they will be limited in the value they get from the website.

You can add them in membership management without an email address and the system will enter in a dummy "noemail-" address. The website admin will get their opt-in email for approval in that case.
