Member in more than one club can not see agenda

Our Member Amy L is an member in another club. She used to be an member in our club. With COVID she rejoined our club. Someone else added her information and it sent her an email. She then could not access the site at all and her name disappeared from the current member list. I then moved her from the old member list to the current member list and changed her phone number. She is now able to get in but can not see the agenda. Please help she is the Toastmaster this Thursday and needs to be able to see. How do I just send a support request email and not have to go into this forum?

We need your club number to provide support.
There is no email access to the support forum. You will get replies by email if you leave the subscribe checkbox checked.

There is an Amy S but no Amy L in any of your groups. Amy S is your Toastmaster so I guess you are referring to her. I see that she has been sent 2 authentication emails. Has she received those emails? Get her to check her junk mail if she hasn't. She should only use link in the most recent one.
